Coverage Details
-- Three providers needed
-- Credentialing time frame: 3 months with Ohio DEA and Medicare; 4 months if the provider does not already have these
-- Temps available, but credentialing still takes 3 months for a completely clean file with no medical malpractice claims

Shift Details
-- Schedule: 7a-5p plus call
-- Call coverage: Yes
-- Call type: In-house and beeper/phone call
-- Call ratio: 9 weekends per year
-- Average call back hours: 0

Requirements
-- Board Certified - Electrophysiology
-- Active BLS and ACLS
-- Active DEA
-- Fellowship completed
-- At least 1 year of experience
-- OH License - Preferred

Required Procedures / Skills
-- Ablations, pacers, ICDs, BiVs

Assignment Details
-- Practice settings: Inpatient/Hospital-Based and Clinic
-- Patient population: Adult, Geriatric
-- Outpatient vs. inpatient: 25/75
