This 186-bed acute care hospital maintains the clinical resources and established protocols necessary to support inpatient interventional cardiology services on an on-site basis. The facility is structured to accommodate day shift coverage combined with call and 24-hour call responsibilities, supported by a dedicated Cath Lab team of RNs and technologists. Clinical operations are configured to ensure continuity of inpatient cardiac care delivery throughout each assigned coverage period.

Los Angeles offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of entertainment, cultural, and recreational attractions suited to varied interests. The city is home to notable destinations including Universal Studios Hollywood, the Warner Bros. Studios Tour, the Academy Museum, the Griffith Observatory, and the La Brea Tar Pits. Additional venues such as Exposition Park and Crypto.com Arena complement the city's diverse neighborhoods, providing clinicians with varied options during time away from clinical responsibilities.

The interventional cardiologist will provide 100% inpatient coverage on a day shift schedule with call and 24-hour call responsibilities required as a condition of this assignment. Clinical duties include performing diagnostic catheterizations, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCIs), interpretation of unassigned EKGs and echocardiograms, cardiac consults, and management of hospital consults and rounds. A dedicated Cath Lab team of RNs and technologists is available to support clinical operations throughout each assigned coverage period. The objective of this coverage is to maintain cardiac care on-site and reduce the need for out-of-facility patient transfers.
