This hospital-based facility maintains established clinical protocols and the infrastructure necessary to support inpatient interventional cardiovascular disease management on an on-site basis. The facility is equipped with a dedicated catheterization laboratory and is structured to accommodate locum tenens clinicians providing 24-hour call coverage. A staffing complement that includes one full-time interventional cardiologist and five moonlighters is in place to support clinical operations throughout the assignment period.

Clinicians will provide inpatient cardiovascular disease management on a 24-hour call basis, with responsibilities encompassing inpatient support and diagnostic reads. Clinical procedures include diagnostic cardiac catheterization, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), IABP/Impella insertion, and temporary pacemaker insertion. Board certification in Interventional Cardiology is required, and an active state license is preferred for consideration. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment.
