Opportunity Highlights
--Hospital-employed Interventional Cardiology position
--Week-on/week-off schedule
--24/7 STEMI call coverage during your assigned week
--Typical weekday hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
--Weekend 24-hour call coverage
--Lower patient volumes with occasional fluctuations in acuity
--Rarely more than 10 patients per day
--STEMI-focused practice with strong hospitalist support for non-STEMI admissions
--High level of physician autonomy
--Clinical Responsibilities
--Interventional cardiology procedures
--STEMI management and treatment
--Cardiac catheterizations and report interpretation
--Temporary pacemaker placement and management
--ECG/EKG interpretation
--Holter monitor interpretation
--Stress test interpretation
--Echocardiogram interpretation
--Practice Environment
--Modern hospital setting utilizing Epic/Cupid EMR
--No APP or NP support, allowing physicians to practice independently
--Experienced and collaborative hospitalists available for consultation and support
--Predictable workload with limited overtime requirements
--Candidate Requirements
--Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
--Strong procedural experience and confidence managing acute STEMI cases
--Ability to work independently in a hospital-based setting
