Job Description
Seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician
--Outpatient only
--Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients within our internal referral network of over 80 Primary Care Providers.
--In-house diagnostics include echocardiograms, nuclear, and vascular services.
--Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
--Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health, disease prevention, and management strategies.
--Monitor and adjust treatment plans in response to patient progress, changes in health status, and evolving clinical findings.
--Hospital rounding optional.
