* Practice has been in the community for 26 years
* Practice Call: 1:4, Facility Call: 1:4, ER Call: 1:4
* One facility covered
* Traditional office hours: 8:30a - 5p Monday - Friday
* Nice, large office with 11 exam rooms, imaging, EMR, private physician office, procedure room, Echo, Pro Cantene and Stress testing equipment.
