Job Description

Join a high-volume CV program with a uniquely collaborative compensation model. This is a physician-led, equal-compensation model that removes production competition and keeps the emphasis on patient care and program development.

Position Details:
  • Protected AHF focus at a comprehensive regional cardiovascular program with specialists across general, interventional, structural, EP, advanced heart failure, and cardiothoracic surgery
  • 50/50 inpatient/outpatient mix with an easy call structure (general call only) supported by two dedicated AHF NPs
  • No internal production competition - all providers earn $1.1M+ (4% compensation differential based on personal production)
  • $50K signing bonus, 30-40 days off per year, PSLF-eligible, comprehensive benefits, and more
