Job Description

Located in Southern Idaho, this level IV Trauma center is seeking a BE/BC General Cardiologist to join the launch of a new cardiology practice in an underserved community. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced physician seeking professional autonomy, exceptional work-life balance, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in a community.

The Position:
  • 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday).
  • No call or weekends but may be called on occasion for a hospital consult.
  • Average patient volume of approximately 14 patients per day.
  • $50,000 recruitment package and up to $90,000 annually in Continuous Improvement Incentive compensation beginning in Year 2.
  • Brand-new clinic space with dedicated Medical Assistant support.
  • Multispecialty physician group with built-in referral support.
  • Not considering new graduates or visa candidates.
