- Prior Program Director or Associate Program Director experience preferred
- Critical Care or Pulmonary/Critical Care board certification required
- Closed ICU model with Medical/Surgical, Cardiac, and Neurocritical Care ICUs
- Flexible block schedule; 10 - 15 shifts per month with some nights required
- Strong ICU procedural skills and bronchoscopy proficiency valued
- Physician-owned and physician-led organization; 1099 independent contractor position
- Active California license and academic mindset required

From $370000.00 to $420000.00 annual
