This inpatient facility in Florida maintains established critical care protocols and the clinical resources necessary to support ICU-level services on an on-site basis. The facility operates with a structured multidisciplinary team, including nursing, respiratory therapy, and additional clinical support staff, to ensure continuity of care for critically ill patients across night shifts. Nurse Practitioner coverage is sought for designated holiday dates in November and December.

Florida offers a range of regional attractions suited to varied interests, from world-renowned theme parks and interactive indoor experiences to outdoor pursuits such as scuba diving, ziplining, and beachcombing on barrier islands. Families and individuals may explore dolphin-watching tours, waterparks, and natural island ecosystems, as well as destinations including Silver Springs State Park and Weeki Wachee Springs. Clinicians on assignment will find accessible year-round recreational and cultural options throughout the state.

Clinicians will provide critical care coverage during 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) at an inpatient facility in Florida, with call required as part of the assignment. Coverage dates are November 27, 28, and 29, and December 24, 25, and 26. Responsibilities include intensive monitoring and management of critically ill patients, along with performance of critical care interventions including intubations, central line placement, and arterial line placement. The multidisciplinary support team includes nursing, respiratory therapy, and additional clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care throughout each shift.
