This inpatient hospital maintains established critical care protocols and the clinical resources necessary to support ICU-level services on an on-site basis. The facility operates a 24-bed ICU unit with a structured night shift coverage model and APP support to ensure continuity of care for critically ill adult patients. Clinical operations are designed to support coordinated patient care delivery throughout each assigned coverage period.

Clinicians will provide critical care night coverage during 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM at an inpatient facility, with no call responsibilities associated with this assignment. Responsibilities include intensive monitoring and management of critically ill adult patients within a 24-bed ICU, where the census averages approximately 18 occupied beds and typically 2-5 admissions occur per night. The clinician will oversee ICU night services and respond to urgent intubation and code needs as they arise, with APP supervision included as part of the coverage model. Demonstrated recent experience within the past 12 months in a critical care setting is required for consideration, and board certification is required.
