Coverage Details
-- January 4, 2027 – September 30, 2027
-- Coverage needed for 6-12 months with possibility to extend
Shift Details
-- 24-hour shifts preferred but not required
-- 7am - 7pm onsite coverage
-- 7pm - 7am on call
Requirements
-- Active Massachusetts license
-- Critical Care Fellowship
-- DEA
-- CSR
-- Critical Care/ICU experience
Required Procedures / Skills
-- Central lines
-- Arterial lines
-- Thoracentesis
-- Chest tube placement
-- Paracentesis
Assignment Details
-- 100% inpatient critical care coverage
-- Patient load typically 6-8 patients
-- 10-bed unit with 8 beds currently open
-- Provider will be working solo
-- EMR: Epic
-- Intubation optional as ED and Anesthesia provide coverage
-- Ambuscope available for bedside procedures
-- Glidescope available if provider performs intubation
