This inpatient facility in Tennessee maintains established critical care protocols and appropriate clinical resources to support the delivery of specialized ICU services. The facility operates a structured day and night shift coverage model with a multidisciplinary team in place to ensure continuity of patient care. Locum tenens coverage is sought on a recurring basis, with clinicians needed for 5-13 days per month.

Clinicians will provide critical care coverage during 12-hour day and night shifts at an inpatient facility in Tennessee, with shift assignment determined by the local scheduling need. Responsibilities include intensive monitoring and management of critically ill patients, as well as performance of ICU-level procedures including central line placement, arterial line placement, and intubation. The multidisciplinary team structure includes 3 MDs and 3 APPs on the day shift and 1 MD and 2 APPs on the night shift to support coordinated patient care. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for consideration.
