Job Description

Southeast Florida facility
seeking a Locum CRNA
--Monday to Friday (7a-3:30p)
--CRNA call rotation:  (1 weekend every other month- Saturday and Sunday- beeper call)
--Types of Cases:  GS, Orto, OBGN, ENT, Plastics, CT, Neuro, Utology, EP, OMFS, Onc, Dental, Vascular, Thoracic, GI
--Level 1 Trauma Adult. Level 2 Trauma Peds. Level 3 NICU 
--Average Monthly Case: 1200
--20% Supervision; 80% own cases
--Care Team Model: 39 CRNA; 17 MD
--Average Monthly OB Delivery: 300 
--EMR: EPIC  
--Provider will be cross credentialed and rotate through 4 sites (will not be asked to float mid-shift) 
--Majority of Cases: Ortho, GS, OBGYN, ENT, Plastics, CT, Neuro, GI
--Required Procedures: Trauma, CT, Peds, OB
--Minimum # of shifts: 2 weeks/month
--Required:
    - Board Certification
    - Must have Pediatric experience and willing to do Pediatric cases
    - Full time availability
    - Must have 2 years experience
    - Must be able to work call, nights, and weekends (not days only) 
    - PALS, ACLS, BLS, ATLS
