CRNA Job Summary

Elkhart General Hospital, a 254-staffed bed Level III Trauma Center of (Login for Information), is seeking BC/BE CRNAs to join our premier practice in Elkhart, Indiana.  

• $325,000 Full-Time Salary
• Autonomy-Focused Practice: Practice with loose medical supervision and the independence to plan and manage your own anesthetics, with backup available when needed.
• Full-Scope Practice: Work within a medically supervised care team model with no mandatory in-room supervision or interference with medication management.
• Flexible Schedule: Most providers work 3–5 days per week for a 40-hour work week, with a mix of 8-, 9-, and 10-hour shifts and an in-house 24-hour shift that is primarily OB.
• Work-Life Balance: No expectation to work past your scheduled shift, with the ability to leave early without loss of pay when workload allows.
• Fair Call Structure: Call is shared equally. Second call is typically two shifts per month and one weekend every 6–8 weeks, all taken from home.
• Additional Earning Opportunities: Premium compensation when asked to stay late or come in, Call Back Pay, and opportunities to pick up additional open shifts.
