- Schedule: 7 am - 3 pm with call option
- Mostly adult patients -- healthy peds for dental cases only
- Cases: general surgery, urology, ENT, OBGYN, orthopedics, ophthalmology, endoscopy
- Pediatric dental cases included in case mix
- Hospital privileges required
- PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
- Board certification required

From $160.00 to $230.00 hourly
