Opportunity Highlights:
- Performing & documenting pre-anesthetic evaluation before surgery including requesting consultations, additional diagnostic &/or laboratory studies in consultation w/the anesthesiologist
- Provision of care in the most complex surgical procedures including general, regional, MAC, or local anesthesia.
- Administration of fluids, medications, ventilator support, provision of homeostasis, provision of adequate pain relief & management of anesthesia.
- Participates on the Code Blue Team, primarily to manage patient’s airway & other directed by the Code Team Leader
- Management of epidural catheters for post-op pain relief within a protocol guideline ordered by the anesthesiologist
- No Call, No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays, No Overtime
Requirements:
- Assignment length: Minimum 6 months-36 months
- BLS, ACLS, ATLS
- Current CV
- One active, unrestricted state medical license
- 3 Current References
