The anesthesia department operates under an all-CRNA model, affording clinicians full clinical autonomy across the operating rooms. Clinicians in this role will provide autonomous anesthesia services during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Wadena, Minnesota, performing spinals, epidurals, TAP blocks, and peripheral nerve blocks across a range of surgical procedures. Call coverage runs from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM every third night and every fourth weekend, with a 30-minute response time required. Clinicians will work independently within an all-CRNA model, managing cases with full autonomy in collaboration with surgical and nursing teams. Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
