Job Description

If you're looking for the independence of a rural practice without sacrificing support or quality of life, this opportunity delivers. A well-respected Critical Access Hospital in Eastern Montana is seeking a CRNA to join its close-knit anesthesia team.

Practice at the top of your license in a collaborative environment where you'll enjoy broad clinical autonomy, a manageable case mix, and a schedule that provides built-in time off to explore everything Montana has to offer.

The Position:
  • $280,000 - $300,000 Guaranteed Base Salary
  • Free Housing Provided by the Hospital
  • $10,000 Annual Retention Bonus + Competitive Sign-On Bonus
  • 2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off Schedule
  • Join a Team of 2 CRNAs
  • Rotating Call While On Service
  • Surgery Starts Around 7:30 AM - Leave Early When Cases Are Done

    Case Mix:
  • Bread and Butter Cases
  • General Surgery, Orthopedics, and Podiatry
  • Endoscopy / GI Procedures
