- Weekend availability and call required
- Beeper call -- 30 min response time -- 1:10 ratio
- 4 patients per shift
- Inpatient and outpatient practice -- both required
- General, spinal, and epidural anesthesia required
- Regional blocks required -- case logs must be provided
- Neurosurgical and complex orthopedic cases included
- Minimum one year of experience required
