Job Description

This position is ideal for the Mohs-trained physician (practicing or new grad) who is looking to make an immediate impact. Two award-winning Critical Access Hospitals are partnering together to bring a Dermatology Mohs Surgeon to the community due to increasing demand. With minimal provider turnover and no local living requirement "Physicians love working here and come from the major metros to do so!"

POSITION

  • 4-day workweek with two days at each hospital (30 minutes apart)
  • Both hospitals draw patients from nearby Des Moines and Omaha due to shorter wait times.
  • It is expected the new dermatologist can easily have a full schedule at both facilities.
  • EPIC EMR
  • CLIA-certified histotech and Dermatology APP support. The new dermatologist will also be supported by 2-3 LPNs/RNs.
  • Centralized scheduling

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • 800K evergreen base salary plus production bonus
