Job Description
An established, physician-led dermatology group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to become the lead physician at a newly opened Colorado Front Range location.
This is a growth opportunity for a dermatologist who wants greater autonomy and the ability to build a long-term practice. The incoming physician will provide comprehensive medical dermatology, perform office-based procedures, and help expand an established cosmetic service line.
Position Highlights:
Full-time position w/$360,000 guaranteed during the first year
Long-term compensation based on 40% of collections
Preferred four-day workweek
Outpatient-only practice
Up to 8% employer-funded profit sharing
Employer-funded pension plan
Potential sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
Experienced dermatology APP and medical assistant support
New office with dedicated exam, procedure, cosmetic, and laser rooms
Established patient demand and referral network
No Mohs requirement
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with medical dermatology, biopsies, excisions, and general dermatologic surgery. Previous experience with injectables, fillers, lasers, or other cosmetic treatments is strongly preferred.
This position is ideal for an experienced dermatologist or entrepreneurial graduating resident who wants to become the long-term physician leader of a growing practice.
