Compensation

• Competitive base salary: $350,000 – $450,000
• Collections-based production bonus model
• Sign-on bonus
• Resident salary advance available
• Relocation stipend

Schedule & Support

• Flexible schedule (4 – 4.5 clinical days per week)
• Onsite leadership support
• Dedicated scribe and medical assistants
• Exam rooms shared with APPs
• 1 midlevel provider
• 1 Mohs surgeon onsite
• Average patient volume: 40–50 patients per day
