The health center has been providing accessible, high-quality medical care since 1970. The organization offers a comprehensive range of services, including primary care, specialty care, behavioral health, pediatric and adolescent care, emergency services, and community wellness programs.
About the position:
- Part-time 20 hours per week
- Total outpatient
- EPIC EMR
- Certified by NCQA as a level 3 Medical Home Model of Care
