A rare opportunity is available for an experienced EM nurse practitioner or physician assistant to become part of a growing team serving two established Tenet Healthcare emergency departments: St. Mary's Medical Center and Delray Medical Center.
This position offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license in fast-paced emergency departments alongside collaborative physician and APC colleagues while caring for a diverse patient population across a broad spectrum of acuity.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience as an advanced practice clinician
- Active Florida NP or PA license
- Current DEA registration
- ACLS and PALS certifications required
- Strong clinical judgment, procedural competence, and a team-first mindset
- Practice in busy, dynamic ED with diverse pathology and patient acuity
- Work alongside an experienced, supportive EM team
- Opportunity to split time between two respected Tenet Healthcare facilities
