(Login for Information)Healthcare is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician to join our established team at (Login for Information)Florida Lawnwood Hospital, a premier Level II Trauma Center serving Florida's Treasure Coast. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a high-volume, clinically sophisticated environment while enjoying the benefits of coastal Florida living.

Physicians work primarily at the main Emergency Department in Fort Pierce and provide coverage at our freestanding emergency department in nearby Vero Beach several times each month.

• Five fast-track treatment beds
• Five monitored treatment beds
• Three trauma bays, including a dedicated pediatric trauma bay
• 70 hours of physician coverage daily
• 60 hours of APP coverage daily
• 26% admission rate
• Comprehensive Stroke Center with advanced biplane technology
• Interventional cardiac catheterization services
• Therapeutic hypothermia (Code ICE) capability
• Dedicated emergency medicine ultrasound and GlideScope equipment
• 24/7 in-house hospitalist and intensivist coverage
• No floor code or inpatient consult responsibilities

Qualified Candidates

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
• Completion of an accredited Emergency Medicine residency program
• Board certification required within five years of residency completion
• Current ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Willingness to provide coverage at the Vero Beach Freestanding Emergency Department 2-3 times per month
