Southwestern Indiana hospital is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified EM physician to join their team. Located just 30 minutes from Terre Haute and 90 minutes from Indianapolis, this quiet community features an extensive park system and an abundance of outdoor recreation. 10-bed emergency department. 13-15 hospital beds. 8400 annual volume. 12 to 24-hour shifts. 1099 independent contractor. $295/hour days, $315/hour nights. Professional liability insurance with tail coverage. $150K sign on for 3 year contract, $75K for 2 year contract. Admission rate 15%.
