Shift Details
-- 4-12 shifts per month
-- Shifts: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Requirements
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
-- Will consider Board Certified Family Medicine physicians with a minimum of 5 years ED experience
-- Iowa license or IMLC
-- BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS
-- Active Iowa DEA
-- Actively practicing as an Emergency Medicine Physician within the last 12 months or completion of an Emergency Medicine residency within the last 6 months
-- Clean malpractice history - highly preferred

-- No scribes
-- Support Staff: 12-20 hours of APP coverage

-- 4% LBTC, 2.8% observation, 2.5% transfer
-- ER locums do not have a lot of trauma responsibilities
