Job Description
Hospital is seeking Locum Emergency Medicine physician to provide coverage starting September 2026
- 10-13x shifts per month; for 3 month assignment
- Sept shifts are evenings and nights (3p-12a) (10p-7a)
- Oct-Dec shifts are nights (7p-7a)
- Setting: Critical Access Hospital with 14% peds volume and limited onsite specaility support.
- Experince in a community setting, particularly rural or critcal access environments, would be helpful.
- Seeing about 2.5 to 3 patients per hour.
- Annual ED volume is about 13K.
- EMR/Charting Software: Epic
- Avg. Daily Census: 20-24 patients per day on average
- Required: MA license, DEA, ACLS, ABEM board certification only, minimum 1 yr experience
