Job Description
- Seeking a BC Emergency Medicine physician for an enterprise-level leadership role over multiple sites
- 80% administrative and system leadership / 20% clinical practice
- Lead ED operations, quality, patient safety, throughput and strategic initiatives
- Ideal candidate brings proven physician leadership, strong communication skills and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach
- Prior ED Medical Director, Chief, system leadership or multi-state service-line experience preferred
- Experience in workforce planning, quality improvement and strategic development a plus
