Job Description

A highly respected healthcare organization in Central Minnesota is seeking a Board Certified Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine physician to serve as Medical Director of a well-established Emergency Department. This leadership opportunity offers exceptional compensation, strong administrative support, and the ability to influence the future direction of emergency services.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in an Emergency Medicine setting.

Position Highlights
  • Lead the Emergency Department, providing evaluation and treatment for a broad range of medical and trauma patients
  • Collaborate with and support a dedicated team of experienced Physician Assistants
  • Level IV Trauma Center serving a stable regional patient population
  • Flexible scheduling with 10- or 12-hour shifts
  • No call responsibilities
  • Average Emergency Department census of approximately 25 patients per day
  • Day-shift focused schedule
  • Option for a 4- or 5-day work week

    Compensation:
  • Salary: $345K+ (based upon experience)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $75K+
  • PTO: 26 days per year
