Job Description

Build an Emergency Medicine schedule around your life without having to relocate. This night-shift opportunity offers the flexibility to work as few as 8-12 shifts per month, making it well suited for physicians who prefer a travel-in model while practicing in a supportive, low-volume Critical Access Hospital.

Practice/Organization Details:
  • Dedicated night-shift Emergency Medicine position with the flexibility to build a schedule around your availability
  • Choose approximately 8-14 shifts per month, allowing you to determine the amount of time you want to work
  • Schedule shifts together when possible to maximize your time at home and minimize travel
  • Low-volume Emergency Department with fewer than 5,000 annual visits, averaging approximately 14 patients per day
  • Strong clinical support from surgery, obstetrics, rehabilitation, and visiting specialists
  • Choose between W-2 employment or a 1099 independent contractor arrangement

    Compensation & Benefits:
  • Choose between a competitive employed compensation package or a $275/hour 1099 rate
  • Competitive employed compensation package for physicians preferring a W-2 arrangement
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus available with the employed option
