Winston-Salem, North Carolina

We are looking for BC physicians in Family medicine, Internal medicine or Emergency Medicine

Must be able to see all age patients from Peds to Geriatrics

Urgent Care is recruiting for Full-Time & PRN Physicians to join our team. Our employees will enjoy working in a brand new facility, with state-of-the-art equipment, and an easy to use EMR. We are looking for candidates that truly care about their patients, work well independently and as part of a team, and are a looking to grow with our clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general and preventative care for children (ages 2+) and adults
• Assess, plan and treat patient needs within an urgent care setting and triage patients to differentiate between immediate and less urgent care
• Perform minor outpatient surgical procedures such as wound closure and management, and incision and drainage
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic orthopedic procedures such as application and modification of braces, casts, splints, and other orthopedic appliances
• Effectively manage private, pre-employment and worker's comp patients
• Order labs, tests, injections, referrals and prescribe medications
• Ensure proper diagnosis, handling, and recovery
• May supervise Medical Assistants to assure compliance of all applicable regulations
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
