• Designations: Level III Trauma Center & Certified Primary Stroke Center
• ED Volume: 35,000 annual visits
• Specialties Onsite: Hospitalist, Surgery, Orthopedics, Critical Care, Urology
• Beds: 21
• Admission Rate: 18%
• EMR: Epic

PACKAGE
• Employment Models: W-2 and 1099 available
•  RATE $250/Hour – up to $290/Hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $90,000
• CME/BEA: $4,000 tax-free annually
• New Grad Package: $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one

•  Ability to obtain/maintain a license to practice medicine in the state of Oklahoma
