Coastal South Carolina - Hospital Employed ED Team + $260-$270/hour + PSLF
Job Description
(Login for Information) is assisting a South Carolina hospital with the recruitment of several full-time BC/BE residency-trained Emergency Medicine physicians. You are joining a high-performing Emergency Medicine team that is expanding to meet increasing patient demand just 20 minutes from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina!
Facilities + Technology
- 42-bed main ED averages 50k-55k annual visits
- Adding two new Free-Standing EDs (FSEDs) in 2027
- EMR with Dragon Dictation
- ACGME teaching hospital, mentor residents and medical students
Schedule + Coverage
- 10-hour and 12-hour shifts (FT is 120 hours/month)
- Able to group shifts and work additional shifts if desired; both day and night shifts available
- Rotate coverage of the main ED and the two Free-Standing EDs
- Main ED staffed with 5 physicians and 2–4+ APPs (APPs do PIT coverage)
- FSEDs will be staffed with 2 physicians
- Nursing coverage 1:3 (1:4 max)
- LWBS under 1%
Recruitment Package
