Job Description
Medical Center seeking a Locum BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician to provide coverage at our FSED
- 6-month contract; start date flexible
- 12-hour shifts: 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am;
- 1 EM physician per shift
- Suburban FSED; fewer than 30 patients per day; fewer than 10 daily admissions
- No trauma designation
- No consults
- All standard ED procedures required including sedation, intubation, and central lines
- Support staff: 2–3 RNs and radiology tech
- 2–4 hours of orientation provided; prior FSED experience helpful
- Must be ABEM only
