Emergency Medicine Candidates can expect the following criteria
Qualified Candidates:
BE/BC in Emergency Medicine or FM/IM with Emergency Medicine Experience
Incentives/Benefits:
- 11,000 Annual volume
- Up to 120 hours per month available
- 24 hours of physician coverage
- 12-hour shifts
- Independent Contractor Status
- Malpractice Insurance with tail coverage provided

- Our freestanding emergency room in Edinburg, TX is an extension of our main facility Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen, TX.
- Affiliation with Rio Grande Regional Hospital makes direct admission when necessary to the hospital simple and seamless
- 11 private treatment rooms and a highly specialized trauma room
- 6% admission rate
- Meditech EMR
- Blood Work processed on the on-site lab
- CT scan, ultrasound, and X-rays completed on site
