This 183-bed acute care hospital provides comprehensive medical services, including 24-hour emergency care, cardiovascular services, surgical care, women's health, and specialized cancer care. The facility operates a 13-bed Emergency Department with a Level III Trauma Center designation and sees approximately 24,500 ED visits annually. Established clinical protocols and infrastructure are in place to support locum tenens clinicians during assigned coverage periods.

The state features opportunities for hiking at destinations such as Enchanted Rock State Park, as well as water activities along the Gulf Coast and scenic drives throughout the Hill Country region. The Emergency Medicine Physician will provide locum tenens clinical coverage during 12-hour day and night shifts in a 13-bed Emergency Department operating as a Level III Trauma Center, evaluating and treating a broad range of emergency cases across all age groups. The department sees approximately 24,500 patients annually, and clinicians will work alongside APP coverage with access to extensive specialty support throughout each assigned shift. Complex pediatric patients are transferred as needed.
