Job Description

An award-winning 495-bed regional medical center in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley is seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physician to join a growing team. Choose from a Level II Trauma Center or multiple community emergency departments, all within 90 minutes of Washington, D.C.

Opportunity
  • Multiple Emergency Medicine practice settings
  • Annual ED volumes from 9,500-74,000 visits
  • Level II Trauma Center available
  • Flexible scheduling with day/night mix or dedicated nocturnist option
  • Full-time schedule of 12 shifts per month
  • 11- and 12-hour shifts
  • EPIC EMR
  • ABEM/AOBEM for Trauma Center
  • ABFM/ABIM with EM experience for community sites

    Compensation & Benefits
  • $550,000 realistic Year 1 earnings
  • 1099 hourly rate plus wRVU incentives
  • Sign-on bonus available
  • Claims-based malpractice with unlimited tail coverage
