Clinicians on assignment may explore Shenandoah National Park, which features over 500 miles of hiking trails and the 105-mile Skyline Drive, as well as natural landmarks such as Skyline Caverns and Natural Bridge State Park with its 215-foot limestone arch. The valley also provides access to outdoor activities including horseback riding, kayaking, and stargazing, along with museums, historic sites, and family-owned farms, and is situated approximately 75 miles from Washington, DC.

About the Clinician's Workday

The Emergency Medicine Physician will provide clinical coverage during day and night shifts at this on-site facility in Virginia. Available shift times include 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM, 4:00 PM - 3:00 AM, and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Clinicians will evaluate and manage emergency department presentations across all age groups at a Level III trauma center while maintaining accurate clinical documentation throughout each assigned shift. No call responsibilities are associated with this assignment.
