As the facility medical director for Cascade Valley Hospital, you'll guide an established EM team, shape clinical operations, and drive high-quality patient care in a collaborative, community-focused environment. Located an hour north of Seattle, Cascade Valley Hospital in Arlington, Washington, offers a quieter, more rural lifestyle with a strong schooling system; while offering both urban amenities and outdoor recreation.
Cascade Valley Hospital is a Level IV community-based hospital with 29 total beds, and 16 ED beds. We are averaging 37 hours of physician coverage daily that oversees an annual volume of 27,000 visits per year with a 7% admit rate. Our dedicated team deals with a medium acuity level, while seeing an average of 2.2 patients per hour. During all shifts our physicians do respond to floor codes and have a wide ranging specialty support team available. Cascade Valley uses EPIC EMR and AI EPIC Scribe.
