Shift Details
-- Varied shifts based on facility needs
-- Mid Shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
-- AM Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday-Friday; 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Saturday-Sunday
-- PM Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM Monday-Friday; 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Saturday-Sunday
-- Additional shifts may include 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
-- Weekend coverage required
-- Ideal availability is 2 weeks of coverage per month (approximately 15 shifts) ongoing

Requirements
-- Board Certified (ABEM/AOBEM) or Board Eligible
-- Washington license required (not accepting IMLC at this time)
-- Fellowship in Emergency Medicine
-- Must be willing and able to work varied shifts based on facility needs
-- Clean background and malpractice history
-- BLS, ACLS, PALS
-- DEA
-- Minimum of 2 years Emergency Medicine experience

Assignment Details
-- EMR: Epic
-- Support Staff: RNs
-- Patients per day: 8-14
-- Admissions per day: 8-14
-- Coverage needed for 2 physicians
-- Full-time coverage preferred
-- Types of cases: Mostly medical, low trauma, medium to high acuity
-- Provide high-quality emergency medical care, including evaluation, treatment, and disposition of patients
-- Work collaboratively with attending physicians to manage a broad spectrum of emergency conditions
-- Ensure effective patient handoffs and communication with consultants, hospitalists, and other care teams
-- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
