Wisconsin-based Emergency Medicine position offering a robust salary with a $200k retention incentive. You will be a part of a department with brand new equipment and facilities. This is a newly combined Emergency Department and Urgent Care (January 2023) which is estimated to see over 50,000 patients/year. You will have a work/life balance in a vibrant community, with 20 days of10 shifts/month - 12 hours each, 1480hrs/year.. $414,000 salary or $280 per hour. $200,000 bonus payout - 50% paid upon signing and 50% paid upon start .
