Income guarantee position into an existing private practice.
Practice currently has one other provider. Current provider has been in practice for 13+ years in community. New provider will either be sharing space full time with current provider, or will operate out of a satellite location fully independent. Outpatient mostly with inpatient consultations. Eventual partnership potential.
Competitive financial package being offered.
Needs assessment shows a deficit of 1.2 Endocrinology providers.
