Step into this ready made practice and be busy quickly and exceed productivity benchmarks in year one. Current practice has 2 APPs and 1 physician and averages more than 375 visits per month retaining more than 90% of all referrals in house. The clinic system includes 14 primary care clinics seeing more than 360,000 patients annually producing lots of referrals.$375,000 first year salary with up to $100,000 sign on bonus.  18 month salary guarantee with RVU bonus. Current physician produces more than 11k RVU's annually..  Current physician are returning to Montana where they have family preferences.  4 day work week (M-TH).
