Job Description

- Outpatient-only role with 14 - 16 patients per day
- Build a new service line with an established patient base and strong referrals
- Geriatric-focused practice with dedicated MA for each physician
- Onsite social workers, dieticians, pharmacy, mid-level providers, and podiatry
- Health system-employed position; DEA required
- Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome
- Located on Lake Erie, one hour from Detroit with regional and international airport access

From $250000.00 to $350000.00 annual
