This correctional facility delivers outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population within a secure clinical environment in Arizona. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery, supported by an on-site medical director. Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients at a correctional facility in Arizona, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Clinical responsibilities encompass primary and chronic care management for the adult patient population within a structured correctional environment.
