Job Description:

As a Primary Care Physician here, you'll manage patients with complex health needs alongside Nurse Practitioners, Care Managers, Pharmacists, Social Workers, and Clinical Support Teams — a team built to share the load so you can spend your time where it matters most: with your patients.
- $211,369–$317,053 base*
- 4-day work week option
- Relocation support to Green Valley
- Quarterly Incentive Plan — based on outcomes, quality metrics, and documentation
- Long-Term Incentive Eligible — physicians may participate in the (Login for Information) Profit Shares program, rewarding physicians for their contributions to the organization
- Day-one PTO (160 hrs), full benefits, 401(k) match, CME (5 days + $2K reimbursement)
What you'll need: MD/DO from an accredited medical school, active Arizona medical license, DEA registration, board certified or eligible, and a genuine interest in value-based, patient-centered care.
