- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm clinic hours
- Phone call coverage required -- equal rotation with other providers
- 18 - 20 scheduled patients per day
- Adult 70%, geriatric 20%, pediatric 10% patient mix
- Hospital privileges required
- Must treat adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients
- Minimum 6-month commitment -- full year preferred
