(Login for Information) is seeking a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine - Pediatrics Physician (MD/DO) to join our well-established outpatient practice in Little Rock, Arkansas. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Unlike many practices today, we remain 100% physician owned, allowing our providers to practice medicine with clinical autonomy.

This opportunity offers an established patient panel, a collaborative team environment, and an excellent work-life balance in a thriving outpatient setting.

 

Position Highlights

  • 100% outpatient Family Medicine
  • Board Eligible or Board-Certified MD/DO
  • New graduates welcome
  • 4.5 clinic days a week with 0.5 day admin time.
  • Partnership tract with partners working 4 clinic days a week and 1 full day for admin time
  • Typical clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Average of approximately 20 patients per clinic day
  • Established patient panel
  • Fifteen-minute appointment schedule
  • No inpatient responsibilities
  • No nursing home responsibilities
  • No routine hospital rounds
  • No weekend clinic

Call Schedule

  • Shared call among providers
  • Call is taken over the phone and not required to be in office after hours
  • Approximately one weekday call rotation every seven business days
  • One weekend call rotation every seven weekends
